了解:常见疾病的预后的评价及临床处理措施。

熟悉:常见疾病的常用评定方法及功能障碍特点;

掌握:常见疾病的康复意义、常用评定方法及常用康复治疗方法,临床常见并发症的处理;

常见疾病康复

The rehabilitation of common dieases

(一)脑卒中康复:

目的要求:

了解:脑卒中常见合并症与并发症的处理。脑卒中康复的新进展。

熟悉:脑卒中功能评定方法和功能障碍的临床表现。

掌握:脑卒中康复的意义、目标与原则,脑卒中不同分期康复治疗的要点。

教学时数 2学时

教学内容:

       1.脑卒中后功能障碍的表现和功能评定。

2.脑卒中的康复医疗处理 急性期和恢复期的综合康复治疗方案和措施。

3.脑卒中合并症和并发症的康复处理 介绍肩痛、肩手综合征、肌痉挛状态和吞咽障碍的处理。

Stroke rehabilitation

Objectives

To know: The treatment of common complications and complications in patients with stroke. new progress in the rehabilitation of stroke.

To acquaint: functional evaluation of stroke and clinical manifestation of dysfunction

To grasp: the significance, objectives and principles of stroke rehabilitation, points of rehabilitation treatment for different stages of cerebral apoplexy

Manifestation of post stroke dysfunction and functional assessment;

stroke rehabilitation treatment, comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and measures

during acute period and recovery period of stroke;

the rehabilitation of stroke complications and complications; treatment of the shoulder pain, shoulder hand syndrome, muscle spasm and dysphagia.

(二)颅脑外伤康复

目的要求了解:颅脑外伤及手术后的觉醒程度及功能预后的判断;重症脑外伤及植物状态的处理。

熟悉:颅脑外伤及手术后的早期康复措施、认知障碍康复的主要评定和治疗方法。

掌握:颅脑外伤康复的概念和原则。

教学时数 2学时。

教学内容:

1.颅脑外伤及手术后觉醒状态的观测和预后。

       2.急性期及早期康复治疗措施。

3.认知障碍的功能评定和康复治疗方法。

4.预后与预防。

Rehabilitation of brain injury

Objectives

To know: Judgment of the degree of awakening and functional prognosis after traumatic brain injury and surgery and the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury and plant status

To acquaint: Early rehabilitation measures after traumatic brain injury and surgery primary evaluation and treatment of cognitive impairment

To grasp: Concept and principles of rehabilitation of traumatic brain injury

rehabilitation measures in acute stage and early patients

(三)脊髓损伤康复目的要求了解:脊髓损伤预后的评价及临床处理措施。

熟悉:脊髓损伤的常用评定方法及功能障碍特点;

掌握:脊髓损伤的康复意义、常用评定方法及常用康复治疗方法,临床常见并发症的处理;

教学时数 2学时

教学内容

1.脊髓损伤的功能评定 损伤水平和程度的评定。

2.脊髓损伤的康复医疗 不同节段截瘫、神经源性膀胱和肠道、压疮等常见并发症和合并症的康复处理。

3.脊髓损伤的预后。

Rehabilitation of spinal cord injury

Objectives

To know: Evaluation of prognosis and clinical treatment of spinal cord injury

To acquaint: Common evaluation methods and functional impairment of spinal cord injury

To grasp: Rehabilitation significance of spinal cord injury, commonly used assessment methods and commonly used rehabilitation therapy, treatment of common clinical complications

目的要求了解:小儿脑瘫损伤的病因、病理生理、综合康复治疗技术和临床应用。

熟悉:小儿脑瘫的功能评定、运动发育过程。

掌握:小儿脑瘫的定义、康复目的、常用康复治疗内容。

       1.小儿脑瘫的脑损伤病因、病理生理。

2.小儿脑瘫的定义和分型。

3.小儿脑瘫的功能评定。

4.小儿脑瘫康复目的和主要方法。

Rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy

Objectives

To know:Etiology, pathophysiology, comprehensive rehabilitation therapy and clinical application of cerebral palsy in children

To acquaint: Functional evaluation and motor development of children with cerebral palsy

To grasp:Definition of children with cerebral palsy, rehabilitation purposes, commonly used rehabilitation therapy

the etiology and pathophysiology of cerebral injury in children with cerebral palsy;

the definition and classification of cerebral palsy;

functional evaluation of children with cerebral palsy;

the purpose and main methods of rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy

(五) 颈椎病康复目的要求了解:颈椎病的病因、发病机制和预防。

熟悉:颈椎病的康复意义和综合的评定方法。

掌握:颈椎病临床诊断、临床表现、分类、常用康复治疗方法。

教学内容颈椎病康复。

Rehabilitation of low back pain

Objectives

To knowEtiology, pathogenesis and prevention of low back pain

To acquaint: The rehabilitation significance and comprehensive evaluation method of low back pain

To grasp:The clinical diagnosis, clinical manifestation, classification, common rehabilitation treatment of patients with low back pain

Rehabilitation of low back pain: Rehabilitation methods and development of lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis.

(七)肩周围炎康复目的要求

了解:肩周围炎的病因、发病机制和预防。

熟悉:肩周围炎的康复意义和综合的评定方法。

掌握:肩周围炎临床诊断、临床表现、分类、常用康复治疗方法。

教学内容 肩周围炎康复。

The rehabilitation of periarthritis of shoulder

Objectives

To knowEtiology, pathogenesis and prevention of periarthritis of shoulder

To acquaint: The rehabilitation significance and comprehensive evaluation of periarthritis of shoulder

To grasp: The clinical diagnosis, clinical manifestation, classification and common rehabilitation treatment of patients with periarthritis of shoulder

(八)关节炎康复目的要求了解:骨关节炎的临床处理。

熟悉:骨关节炎的临床表现及评定。

掌握:骨关节炎的康复治疗原则及常用的康复治疗方法,掌握日常生活中保护关节的方法。

教学时数 1学时

教学内容骨关节炎的临床表现、检查及评定;以及骨关节炎的临床处理和康复治疗方法,日常生活中保护关节的措施。

Arthritis rehabilitation

Objectives

To know Clinical treatment of arthritis

To acquaint: Classfication, clinical manifestations and evaluation of arthritis

To grasp:The principle of rehabilitation treatment and commonly used rehabilitation therapy of arthritis, the methods of joint protection in daily life.

Arthritis rehabilitation: clinical manifestation, examination and evaluation of osteoarthritis; clinical treatment and rehabilitation treatment of osteoarthritis; measures for protecting joint in daily life.

(九)骨折后康复目的要求了解:骨折的临床处理。

熟悉:骨折后的临床表现、检查与评定。

掌握:骨折后康复的意义、治疗原则及常用治疗方法。

教学时数 1学时

教学内容骨折的临床类型、表现及功能状态、检查及功能评定,以及不同阶段的康复治疗要点。

Rehabilitation of fracture

Objectives

To know: Clinical treatment of fracture

To acquaint: Clinical manifestation, examination and evaluation of fracture

To grasp:Significance, treatment principles and common treatment methods of rehabilitation after fracture

Rehabilitation of fracture: clinical types, performance and functional status, examination and evaluation of the fracture, as well as the main points of rehabilitation treatment at different stages

(十)关节置换康复

目的要求了解:关节置换术的临床处理。

熟悉:关节置换术后的检查和评定。

掌握:关节置换术后康复的意义、治疗原则及常用治疗方法,掌握关节置换术后注意

事项及日常生活中保护关节的方法。

教学时数 1学时

教学内容关节置换术后临床常见并发症、主要障碍、检查及评定方法及日常注意事项。

了解:截肢的临床处理和残端要求。

熟悉:截肢后残端的临床表现和障碍、检查及功能评定。

掌握:截肢后康复的意义、治疗原则、残端早期处理及常用假肢装配和训练方法。

截肢后早期残端处理和假肢装配及康复训练方法。

Amputation rehabilitation

Objectives

To knowThe clinical management of amputation and the stump requirement

To acquaint: Clinical manifestation and obstacle, examination and function evaluation of

stump after amputation

To grasp: Significance, treatment principles of rehabilitation after amputation and early

treatment of residual end of amputation and common artificial limb fitting and training

method

手外伤术后康复过程的主要临床表现和障碍、处理措施、检查和手功能评估、以及康复治疗方法。

Objectives

To acquaint: Characteristics of nerve electrophysiology detection and function evaluation

To grasp: Classification, manifestation and rehabilitation treatment of peripheral nerve

(十四)冠心病康复目的要求

了解:冠心病的临床基础、预后和预防措施。

熟悉:心血管的功能评定和运动处方;

掌握:冠心病的临床诊断和康复治疗原则。

教学内容

1.冠心病的功能评定,含心功能分级、运动心电图测定。

2.心肌梗死的康复程序和出院标准。

Cardiac rehabilitation

Objectives

To knowThe clinical foundation, prognosis and prevention of coronary heart disease

To acquaint: Cardiovascular function evaluation and exercise prescription

To grasp: Clinical diagnosis and the principle of rehabilitation treatment for coronary heart

disease

functional evaluation of coronary heart disease, includes cardiac function classification, exercise ECG measurement;

Rehabilitation procedures and discharge criteria for myocardial infarction

(十五)慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复

目的要求了解:慢阻肺的临床基础、预后和预防措施。

熟悉:肺功能评定和肺部康复方案;

掌握:慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床诊断和康复治疗原则。

教学时数 1学时

教学内容

1.呼吸功能评定和COPD的损伤分级。

2COPD的物理治疗和气道分泌物廓清技术。

Rehabilitation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objectives

To know Clinical basis, prognosis and prevention of chronic obstructive pulmonary

disease

To acquaint: Pulmonary function evaluation and pulmonary rehabilitation program

To grasp: Clinical diagnosis and the principle of rehabilitation treatment for chronic

obstructive pulmonary disease

physical therapy and airway secretion clearance technique for COPD.

目的要求了解:帕金森病的临床基础、预后和预防措施。

Objectives

Rehabilitation of Multiple sclerosis

Objectives

To know the clinical foundation and the prognosis of outcome for multiple sclerosis

To acquaint: Clinical features, examination and functional evaluation of multiple sclerosis;

basic rehabilitation program

To grasp:Clinical diagnosis and the principle of rehabilitation treatment for multiple

sclerosis

(二)教学环节安排 (对各种教学环节的安排如:实验、实习、习题课、作业等以及本课程与其他相关课程的联系、分工等作必要说明)

《康复医学》课程教学包括理论授课和临床见习两部分,教学总学时40学时,理论授课与临床见习之比为21;理论授课学时:22学时,见习时数:12学时,自学6学时。合格者获3学分。

ii. The Organization of the Course

(Provide necessary information on the organization of the course, including the experiment,

field trip, in-class assignment, after-class assignment, and the relationship between this

course and other courses; )

Rehabilitation medicine teaching includes two parts:theory teaching and clinical probation,

the total teaching hours is 40 hours, the ratio of theory teaching and clinical probation is 2:1;

theory teaching 22 hours:, clinical observation: 12 hours, self-study 6 hours. Eligible 3

credits.
